his family is right wing but he became pretty much a left wing extremist during his time in college. i dont know if he was actually right wing before leaving

Eh, that’s speculation at best. We still don’t have much on where he actually stood. He didn’t like Trump and Kirk (duh), but at the moment there’s no evidence he was overtly left leaning, or at the very least, we ain’t got much on what his actual views are. All we really know right now is that he disagreed with Kirk.
