According to https://legalclarity.org/what-is-considered-a-nude-under-the-law/, nudity is when a body part, which is usually covered by a bra or underwear/panties, is FULLY shown. This usually meaning showing FULL genitals, breasts, and assholes. Depending on the state you live in, it could mean what I just said OR being full-on nude (no clothing at all). In the original gif, every piece of clothing was covering the person's breasts and ass. The person on the left was wearing a bikini, which may seem like nudity, but it really isn't. If this disapproval was factually correct everywhere else, EVERY post in streams like ECCHI and Boobs would be disapproved, making these streams useless.

The art and educational exemptions for nudity under Imgflip's standard "No nudity" rule for all streams are not valid here in MSmg. Go to a museum, school or another stream to look at or post those.

by this part right below it, it would make the other rule completely unnecessary since it would already rule out any content it applies to. to anyone who isnt purposefully trying to misunderstand it, it obviously is not referring to ONLY genitalia being shown. should they have specified the rule better? yes. but youre also ignoring what i actually said because youre upset that what you WANT isnt being enforced

neither was it educational or art-like. it may have been an animation, but art is more like those statues with the roman gods that are completely naked or a painting with nudity in it. educational is like a diagram of, lets say, a va**na. that 2-second gif does not fit either of those criteria. also, it's not that obvious. i agree, they shouldve made it more specific.
