Well. 16% of the population commit 90% of the violent crime. Which it is the men. So we are down to 8% of the US population. Now just short of 2% are incarcerated. Now roughly 20% of those are under 12, over 55, or currently incarcerated. So we are at 6.2% of the US population that are responsible for 90% of the violent crime. And they are an easily identifiable demographic. You would have to be a brain dead moron to not pay more attention to black people when in public just off those numbers alone. Its not fear. Its awareness.
