Well, first of all, He WAS perma-permabanned, so he should have just been rebanned. I really don't see why exactly you guys hesitate to vote on someone who broke clearly written rules. And spinel, don't give me the "Oh I got banned for mod abuse" excuse again, it's still breaking rules.

Second, while unbanning him may show that he has "changed" It really only been weeks since his last unban. I can't see people changing that fast. Last time he was unbanned, (Not the one for less than a day) he said he was changed. He clearly still had to be permabanned (Mod abuse or not)
