idk what to do anymore

idk what to do anymore | I.. need to vent and I feel comfortable venting here.. I'm so tired mentally and physically, I never eat, practically starving myself, staying up pretty much all night cuz I can't sleep due to stress.. I feel like I always have to be there for all of my friends but they don't know IM suffering but I don't want to lose any friends by saying something...
