What is he even

Fersquall is a Squarrelid.

Squarrelids are are a Human-Salmon hybrid society that are peaceful as bees. You don't bother them, they don't bother you.

They are like Inklings. They can shoot ink from Modded Splattershot Pros and swim in the ink by turning into a salmon.

There are several types of Squarrelids, but Fersquall was created using Feral's DNA, making him the most powerful being in the multiverse and capable of destroying people larger than the universe itself.
