Its like what I said, even if it is real they could just be the same person and that could be an old selfie they took with a friend or possible relative that they just blacked out the faces of and used, which makes sense why there's two templates of "masq and toady" and why both accounts keep using the same one and only one is used, the other template is there as a backup once they get called out for repeatedly using the same template over and over
