Norther announcement temp V1.3

I wanna invite y'all to the 2025 stream games. In this event, 8 streams (if all 8 say yes) will compete in five rounds to become the best of the streams.

Firstly, this stream needs a captain. I will memechat the captain, and tell him the infos so he can tell them to the stream. The captain will also be in charge of representing the stream.
