we get a practice 'mock' exam that gives us a derived grade if we arnt there for the final exam. if you arnt there for both you just fail (standard not assesed). im am going through these mock exams now.

its only for year 11s and 12s for their final exams in case they miss it
but its like a general knowledge test as far as i know
and your score on that test is the score for any subject which you miss an exam on
