INTERESTING - I can count on my fingers how many people I've blocked here.
I'm not exactly a full time meme maker.
Yet, I have blocked comments on almost every meme I make.
And when I mention Russia, with only a couple of views, within minutes, one of those blocked people is already commenting. I'm not going to bother to look at it, because now I'm sure what kind of person that is.
