Also I never heard 23/8 before. I’ve heard 21/8, and 13/16, but 23/8 is something new for me.

i said 23/8 because it's actually alternating between 11/8 and 12/8

Same with the 21/8 time signature I know. The song (it’s called 7empest) sometimes varies between 10/8 and 11/8, sometimes between 11/8 and 10/8, sometimes it’s a construct of 3x 7/8.
