Being trans is dangerous in many places. In some states it’s basically illegal to be trans, and in some countries you can be EXECUTED for being trans.

So yes, trans folk don’t all have the same rights as other people

You can’t choose your gender identity or how you feel. Not one bit.
You can’t just choose to “not be trans”. If one is trans, then it’s part of their identity. They can’t WILLINGLY change that
