Lasso fill is good for making lineless art or cell shading. Just remember if you want to make lineless art, make sure to make a normal sketch lower opacity so you have a clue on what you're making at least. For using bucket tool, make sure the thing you're using it on has no gaps before you paint or else you're gonna cover the canvas. Instead, cover the gap first with the colour of choice or just remove the gap overall. Clipping mask is best for shading (cell or normal shading). Heres some examples
