sony gets some legal control with games launched on its system. they were able to force PC users to create Sony accounts to play Helldivers 2, simply because it has a version on PlayStation. this also forced Arrowhead to not sell the PC version of the game in countries PSN accounts are not available

theres this thing where game companies can copyright cerain game details and mechanics. its why im palworld, they removed the ability to ride pals. nintendo had trademarked this as a feature in pokemon, and forced them to remove it

id suggest you do some research in case there is something done similarly here, the biggest issue im concerned with is the word faces and just how similar the characters look in their general design

I mean there's also several other characters out there that has letters as facial features I mean cmon it clearly wasn't original in the first place

But also I did some research a while ago and the planet dob game doesn't specify which species of alien dob is, so technically I could create a speculative alien biology and also add new subspecies, like how zap is part of the shark subspecies

In other words I'm so special (in the other way, like the needs way) that I can make an entire world from just some goofy ass ps1 game
