Wirefly is the current CEO of NimbusTec. NimbusTec is a company that aims to harness at least some control over the weather to make the world a safer place. However, when Wirefly took over, he began using the technology of NimbusTec to make the weather WORSE, so he could subsequently make a fortune selling methods of protection from the terrible weather.
He's a complete psychopath with a tendency to flip between emotional extremes at the drop of a hat. So much so that he ends up blowing his top and firing all of his henchmen near the end of the game.
His fighting style is similar to that of a real housefly, flying around rapidly and making himself as difficult to hit as possible.
