in all realness, you may just want to do something exausting durring the day (if you are not having psycological sleep issues.)
if you have phycological sleep issues you may want to come to terms which what you are battling.

i found a bunch of articles on how to fall asleep quickly, nothing worked
I just gave up at one point, read until 6:30, then came out and had an iced mocha

yeah but i dont know how to help people when it comes to insomnia. i wish i could help though.

I do not know how to help, when this happens to me, which is a lot, I just listen to music until I fall asleep :3
