getting a acutal therapist has been such a pain in the ass this year. my doctor literally sent 2 notes to the therapist section of the hospital i go to for like, regular checkups and stuff, and they never responded. my parents have even tried to get a therapist from my high school to work with me (because yes theres therapists at my high school), and we haven’t even heard a word about whats going on for MONTHS. needless to say, im kinda pissed.
