Clockwork is in MY version of hell, a smorgasbord of sorts, it contains hell beings from my world, DnD, and demons from religion and folklore, it's a mirror of the overworld, with seas and all but the souls are torture underground, but some of them are tortureed by Satan (who is pretty chill, he just makes sure no damned soul escapes, him and God get along well) and his workers, Clockwork included, they have very special methods of torture, it's a mystery of how they do it
