this might become an Outdated design, but celestials are basically gods in a sense, they rest in the astral plane and often try to guide passing souls towards said astral plane rather than letting them sink into the void and become a part of the shrouded. They rarely if ever intervene with the mortal domain. Though I do think for a "creator of the universe" being, that goes to Astral, the energy mass that collides with void to spark a hyper nova from a collection of mass built up from the complexity (space but somehow vastly bigger). Sadly both astral and void canonically are just float blobs of energy, but I can always give a religious depiction ( a humanized depiction of them)
