Why is he not kicked out of the mod team yet

They've done some questionable things in the past, and their mod has been taken away before. I can't really take those into consideration much since it was 3+ months ago.

However, some recent behavior hasn't been the greatest, it's not enough to remove them yet, but an eye will have to be kept on them.
