Spinel... Thanks I have been trying also I've discovered something Is this true I thought all this time you have to equip your items before the battle but now I equipped defensive items and it's become so much more easier to survive however why do you have to equip them during battle?

Equip your armor and weapon before the battle. It helps.

Because the only items I have these 3 which are the only ones I have so the only question I have is which one is the best one to have here's the stats

Option 1 stats : 10 ( 6)

Option 2 10( 8)

Option 3 10 ( 10)

Your best option is Option 3.

If you have armor of different stats, it doesn’t stack. Try eating items that increase your ATK or DEF as well as your HP, or ACT to get the right dialogue you need in order to progress. A sign of progressing is dialogue change.
