Billy Loomis was, from what I understand, the craziest Ghostface. Though the fact that his daughter hallucinates him makes me think she’s canonically losing her mind, a gene from her late father. So my headcanon is that eventually Sam Carpenter is gonna be in a psych ward, which could be a plot point in a future Scream movie.

Also, if she’s stuck in a psych ward, maybe one of the employees is Ghostface but if she’s legally insane then who would believe her other than Tara? It would be like that episode of Monk where he is put in a mental hospital and has to be careful investigating the murder of a psychiatrist while the murderer tries to gaslight him

Well the og script for scream three Stu was supposed to come back but they changed it. He’s probably coming back as a ghost like billy but, they also never did check to see if he was dead.
