I felt ACCOMPLISHMENT after getting revenge on the Toppats (when I basically genocided all of them).

I checked the wiki, and it says he dies.
He made his way to a rock, where he sat down, and rested in peace with destruction, no remaining Toppat members, and without any friends or allies.
What a way to end this game.
(technically, the last ending is Revenged, if you go for the endings in order according to the Completing the Mission start screen (where you combine Infiltrating the Airship endings with Fleeing the Complex endings))

yeah. I don't remember them all (i'd like to play it personally one day, instead of just experiencing it through a walkthrough), but I think it was either my 2nd or 3rd least favorite ending
