Well, they could, but it's unlikely they could get one unless they killed a Jedi, nor is it likely that they could wield it with the same skill.

I know glitch was force sensiive... The reason why I'm asking this is because I was thinking on one scene it will be a last ditch effort like the Jedi cuts one of the clone commandos weapons or He ran out of charge in his blaster etc and as the last stitch effort he takes one lightsaber from a dead body and starts to engage in close quarter combat
