Apparently thats just toxic masculinity. People try to push us to standards we will burn out trying to reach before we get close. Goals/ meditation/ etc. is of scarce comfort when sometimes you have to go on drugs to reach the self improvement deadline. Over focusing on self improvement can hurt you too.
