Idk the whole story but spinel was trying to get someone unbanned, and hosted 3 rounds of voting to try to do it and InteractionSystem didnt like that cuz he broke the rules. She took away spinels mod, which rlly pissed spinel off to the point where he was cussing everyone out even his closest friends and made another undertale stream
