What my original goal was that if a user posts multiple images containing sexual stuff without marking them NSFW, that user can be banned.

What happened instead is that any NSFW image that isn't marked NSFW can be disapproved, and the user can instantly be banned.

But see it positive, it's the moderator's choice to disapprove it or not. They don't have to disapprove it, they only can disapprove it.
