"Memes can be disapproved if they are NSFW and aren't marked NSFW" is a very stupid addition to the NSFW rule.

A moderator can literally just mark the original image NSFW instead and the OP of the original image doesn't even have to worry about making the same image twice.

This is a very easy way for moderators to gain a large amount of moderations in a short amount of time.

Understandable. However, it's the moderator's choice whether to disapprove it or just mark it NSFW (emphasis on "can"). I plan on only disapproving images that aren't marked NSFW if they include sexual content and are multiple in a row.

One example: Pixel recently posted a lot of cropped porn without marking it NSFW. If the rule would have existed before, I would have banned her.
