Some users circumvent Imgflip's automatic NSFW filtering by editing their image to SFW before submitting. This can be observed by using the Approval History button. Ok to timer users that subject children to NSFW content in this way.

Got it (also thank you for teaching me a new word in English :D)
Fortunately Imgflip has a built-in profanity filter. Let that be your guide.

"Memes cannot be disapproved solely due to sexual nature." -the NSFW rule

I know, and I didn't disapprove an image due to sexual nature anyway
What I'm saying is that images that contain sexual nature and aren't marked NSFW should be bannable
This stream should have a rule that lets mods ban users who post multiple NSFW images in a row without marking them NSFW; I'm tired of doing the work for them
