FIRST WAY (The easier way)

1. Open the URL of an image in a tab logged in as Account 1, and comment something under that image. The reason for this is that a comment that you made is able to be deleted by the account you were logged in as.

2. Open the same image URL, still logged in as Account 1, on a new tab.

3. Log out of Account 1 in the second tab.

4. This is what allows this unique error message to be shown up (if you simply were not logged in as any account and tried to execute Step 5, the error shown would be "Not logged in"). Log into Account 2 in the new tab.

5. The crucial and final step. Return to the original tab which still looks as if Account 1 is logged in, even though Account 2 is now logged in, but where the "delete" button on a comment is still shown, and press it. This unique error code will then show up.

SECOND WAY (The harder way)

1. Create an Imgflip stream where the currently-logged in account (Account 1) is the owner.

2. Submit an image to the stream, and approve it (if necessary).

3. Under that image, log in as Account 2 and create a comment.

4. This step is crucial. Maintain two separate tabs: the first of Account 1 being logged in with the URL of the image with a comment commented not by Account 1 under it loaded into the tab; the second of Account 1 changing the settings of the stream.

5. Under the second tab invite a separate account, Account 2, to become a moderator.

6. Under Account 2, accept the moderator invitation. Create a third tab of Account 2 changing the settings of the stream.

7. Under Account 1, promote Account 2 to an owner. After this is done, you can close the second tab and solely focus on Account 2 changing the stream settings now.

8. Under Account 2, demote Account 1 to a moderator.

9. Under Account 2, remove Account 1's moderator.

10. On the first tab where the "delete" button is shown on a comment not made by Account 1, which originally had the ability to delete comments but now doesn't, click on it (and create a random reason why). This unique error code will then show up as well.

you can also get this error by using inspect element to put a delete comment button on someone else's comment and clicking it. but doesn't work if you have mod in the stream you're doing it because you're already able to delete others' comments
