hes about to do whats called the "Spin Blade" move
Essentially within the span of 3 to 7(depends) seconds, he will grab the target, then spin himself and the target around like ballerinas as fast as he can go, which then leads to them both getting insanely dizzy, and basically this reduces the range of many attacks
this does not drain HP, and lasts around 2 to 4 turns(depending on the duration)
basically, part of his philosiphy--not afraid to suffer the same consequence
