The Muramasa probably is strong enough to cut through Thrull and Tronus' armor and skin, and he was quick enough to slash off the arm of the Astro Father, who is very similar to the two of them, so he might kill one with some luck.

I'm sorry, Xerxes could tear Tronus apart, Thrull would be a challenge but I think Xerxes would win.
