Children, little girls included, are very easy to manipulate. An adult could abuse this and manipulate the child into dating or doing sexual activities against her will. An adult might also threaten a punishment for not doing said sexual activities, and since children are rather weak and fearful of punishment, they will do anything the adult wants from them, including things that harm them.
