if you go up to random people on the street and push them both hands it can be considered a “assault” i guess. i think it can be followed up in civil court if you argue the pushed put you in risk of bodily injury.
Say I pushed somebody right, and they are younger than me, the push doesn’t even knock them off their feet. Does that mean I assaulted them? Because mf on YouTube shorts are calling a guy a criminal and assaulter because he pushed two girls and didn’t get in trouble
