They aren’t that at all. They just want recognition for people who aren’t being good to our community

I strongly disagree.
Although yes, they are doing what you said, the attitude they used to approach the community is not very appropriate.

Why are you focusing on that and not the true matter at hand? It doesn’t matter how they delivered it as long as it’s done.

The incidents are in the past, we can't change it. If we don't welcome them back, it'll be fine.
But if you call everyone immature and call yourself mature, who the hell is gonna listen?
It's like calling someone an idiot and asking them to help you.

Take what seriously, the grooming?
I'm assuming their mission was to tell the community to take things more seriously and act more mature.
You can't lead with an attitude like that.
You can't tell everyone they're immature and expect them to listen to you.
Even if it's serious.
You need to open up people's minds, not piss them off.

But who cares about the attitude when the subject is right there..
