I'd be happy to explain my OC lore and listen to yours, but I'm not sure I can make your splatoon OC. Usually i first use picrew to create a sketch and then i draw on paper copying from the picrew

btw yes he is already member of the new squidbeak splatoon, he's agent 12 (shiver, frye and big man are 9 10 and 11), and even if i appreciate your suggestion, i was thinking of an ACTUAL name (it's not like if you're an agent then you have no name)
