Ok so for a few things, there are certian species that are immune to the Virus, which being Angelic Charaters. They are immune, however their wounds from infected can get necrosis and severe blisters.

For other stuff, the stage 5 form of a infected WIDELY varies, as the virus pretty much rewrites all of their code into a grotesqe monster. Boltamus's infected form is just one of the more tame ones.

They also can gain entire new limbs, organs, faces, heads, etc. And a common theme with infected is that they always have severe deformities on their body from the infection, and are basically walking husks of their former selves. Their vocal cords are beyond destroyed so they cannot vocalize much. They also lose a lot of their fighting capability and most of their IQ, as all the virus rewires their brains into infecting others.

I'ma so X cuz I have an idea. Although his Vocal cords weren't destroyed, they were deformed so he can only make loud and pained screams and screeches

I mean, thats a good idea and some infected do that when their vocal cords are pretty much messed up. Also for X, try to maybe have his clothes fused to his flesh or straight up ripped up. Their skin will pretty much be sagging a lot, and some parts are even ripped, showing the bones and inner flesh. Just a lot of gorey body horror
