It's not a "rulebook." Its a book in the bible along with all the others, that states what is clean/unclean, and it states what you "should" and "shouldn't" do. It's not really a rule book.

I guess so. I'm not the best at describing things. There's a lot more to it than I know, and I don't know what to say about it.

Of course the bible is 100% right. Especially if you're religious, you know the whole bible is true.
But hey, before you judge others, just remember:
Matthew 7:5 states, "You hypocrite! First take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye." Obviously you've got the plank in your eye, as I myself have a speck in mine.
