Because it is currently June 4th as of writing this. Both the words and month “June” and “July” are kinda similar if you think about it, they’re practically the same month. And the month after July is August. But no one really gives a shit about August (stupid ass month), so we move onto September. On September 11, there four coordinated Islamist terrorist suicide attacks by al-Qaeda against the United States of America in 2001. The U.S., being, well, the U.S. decided to use this as an excuse to invade the Middle East, starting a war in Afghanistan on October 7, less than a month after the event took place. And on October 31 every year, there takes place a holiday called Halloween, one of its themes being about death. Death is the irreversible cessation of all biological functions that sustain a living organism which happens to everyone, including the people you mentioned.
So that is why everyone is currently “ded” (a variation that purposefully misspells the word “dead” for humorous effects).
