If people (i.e., workers) executed plans, it would be socialism. Instead, only the bourgeoisie and state execute plans for financial and business developments. Also, certainly capitalism never executed or exploited anyone in the colonies when they enslaved people and crippled them under proletarianization to produce raw materials for the developed capitalist nations of the world, and to conquer their territories for new reliable markets, forcing the subjugated population to buy their products? Or do you only have a privileged, Eurocentric comprehension?
