It’s not me who did it, it’s Spino

Idk exactly how he did it, but I think he spoke to Andrew and pointed out that there is a popular stream with inactive moderation that was used by Jeffrey and SkyOcean. So Andrew used his wizard powers (otherwise known as his sitemod privileges) to give Spino owner.

I THINK PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO REQUEST MOD IN A STREAM. BUT ONLY IN EMERGENCIES. PRETTY MUCH, SOMEONE COULD DO IT IF THEY HAD OVER 10K POINTS BUT MAYBE 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE, AND THE SITEMODS WOULD HAVE TO APPROVE IT.
