If you read my previous post i mentioned a link from grok that explains how the story goes however for lore maelstrom Capone has tech and implants from maelstrom where it almost makes him invulnerable to alot of weapons in cyberpunk 2077 the beginning of the plot story mentions where maelstrom gang took a time machine and kidnap alcapone in 1930s chicago than went forward to the future and made him boss of maelstrom gang while doing the implant and tech work on his body makeing him a complete badass 🔥

So basically he’s time traveling Al Capone?
