FFTBO turning into Boneliest is not official to either sans. notably they have vastly different offical designs, with the design used in ETO's (Ending Time Octet) Phase 3 being a fusion of both

FFTBO: An all Blue sans with a yellow and magenta aura

Boneliest: Identical to Classic!sans but with a giant wound in the place of his left eye and a bunch of magic eyes in this wound
