So back in the 1990's, president Bill Clinton (I think) wanted there to be an PTA animated crossover of various famous cartoons at the time fighting back against drugs by having characters from the Smurfs, TMNT, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Alf, Ducktales, Looney Tunes, the Muppet Babies, Garfield, and yes, Winnie the Pooh teach a kid named Michael to stay away from "Mary Jane" (which was totally intentional to the meme above and definitely not a coincidence while researching) by scaring him away from Marijuana rather than actually informing him. Interesting stuff honestly
