ok so let me explain
basically blue here was mustard (guy on thr right) before mustard from the last era (which was billions of years ago at the absolute least), mustard was made by the other gods to be what blue wasn't.
some other bih which is like ex-death and crazy came at some point, took blue's soul right to omega hell (which he had no juridiction to do)
yadda yadda yadd blue's soul is freed but he figures out about mustard and gets pissed, wanting to kill him permanently.
