King Crimson effectively skips time by eliminating the occurrence of events and not their outcome. When Trish went to hand Mista his bullets in I think episode 36 and then, less than a second later, there were four on the ground and all the rest in his hand, King Crimson eliminated the act of Trish giving him the bullets and not what actually happened. There was no sound of the bullets falling because it just never happened. The ability to see a few seconds into the future is another of King Crimson's powers; I forgot the name for it, it starts with E though.
