WHEN I WAS AT SCHOOL WE NEVER REALLY GOT TAUGHT ABOUT "ULTRA PROCESSED" FOOD, WHICH NOW INCLUDES MOST FOOD... I've been eating mostly processed food all my life; Most raw fruit and veg is good; Fruit and veg can be contaminated or toxic; BUT RAW FOOD IS TYPICALLY UNHYGIENIC OR POISONOUS.
THUS, SOME "PROCESSED" IS ACTUALLY HEALTHIER.
MODERATION IS KEY.
