Well, let's look at this way:
UO has been trained by an unknown veteran Operative of the CVPA in brutal and lethal combat, starting at age five, as well as advanced mobility and movement patterns, which means UO is a parkourist. Given the fact that he's lightweight, he's very fast despite all that bulky armor on him at most times. While he does have a Glock, he also has an AArC Honeybadger with a thermal scope, so hiding from him in bushes won't save you. Considering these factors, I think UO would probably win, with more years learning how to fight and defend himself, as well as having more armor. Also, his picture is outdated as I figured out my mod order.
