I found an image, I screenshot it, now how do I put the stuff on it?

you can use imgflip or another design/image editor, i personally use canva for my temps

and how do I make it a template to be used on the imgflip website?

go to upload new template, and upload the image, then press save this image as a temp, then save whatever text box settings you want
