I do it to help building something new with memesters. You can never own imgflip it's someone else's... when imgflip goes poof so do all our memes...

CHONK is community led, nobody 'owns it', we tip each other peer to peer and we try to build the website and shape network together.

Just trying to make something sick with memesters, but nobody gives a shit to work as a community, they just expect that websites will run forever on air.

There is no company behind it...and if you want you can help to build it no money involved.
